You can check the availability of any of our luxury camper vans in minutes using our easy online booking system. Simply click on the Book Now button or select your camper from the Campers tab in the main menu. You'll be able to choose your add-ons and set your pick-up time here.
Pay your deposit to secure you camper van
We ask for an initial payment of £150 to secure your camper van. You don’t need to pay any more until 42 days before your hire date. The full amount will be required on checkout if booking within 42 days of pick-up date.
Plan your trip
You may know exactly where you’re going but we’re also full of ideas for routes to try just ask us. Coastal adventure, UK road trip or European tour, a camper van is the ideal transport and accommodation.
Pay your balance 6 weeks in advance
We’ll be in touch 6 weeks before you’re due to hit the road to complete payment and confirm any special requirements, additional drivers or extras like bike racks. You’ll also need to pay your damage deposit waiver of £500, or £750 if under the age of 23.
Finalise pick-up arrangements
We’ll confirm all the details with you if you’re picking up your camper van from our Pontyclun HQs .
What you'll need to bring:
- Laminated photo card parts of driver license(s). The relevant code from the DVLA website must be sent in advance to validate the drivers license(s).
- 2 Proofs of address must be provided for all drivers and be within the last 6 months.
- Any driving endorsements or history of accidents/claims in the last 5 years must be specified at the time of booking.
- Up to 6 points for speeding and a maximum of one at fault claim are allowable. Any incurred between booking and the commencement of hire must be notified immediately as this may affect your permission to drive.
Meeting you camper
At pickup we’ll give you a full vehicle orientation (keeping a safe distance) so you know exactly how everything in your camper van works. If you’d like to get some additional background knowledge please contact as prior to the pick-up to we can guide you towards additional resources.
